We are happy to welcome fans on-site Wednesday-Sunday of tournament week.

All tournament ticket sales will be digital, and spectators 16 and over must have a ticket to gain entry to the grounds. We encourage you to purchase tickets in advance as prices are subject to change.

There are four admission gates to the Travelers Championship:

Everyone attending the tournament and their belongings are subject to search prior to entering the tournament. Please see our Security Policy for our bag policy and list of prohibited items.

Guests are required to adhere to the following general regulations:

  1. Photo ID. A valid photo ID must be presented to obtain an alcoholic beverage. Valid photo ID shall include a current driver’s license, military ID, or other suitable ID as determined by Tournament Officials. Guests should be prepared to show their photo ID at all times.
  2. Serving of Minors. The current legal drinking age in the State of Connecticut is twenty-one (21) years of age. Any persons under the legal drinking age that are discovered to be in possession of or consuming any alcoholic beverages will be asked to leave the tournament grounds.
  3. Bartenders. Bartenders will be provided by the tournament caterer. Guests are not permitted to serve themselves under any circumstances.
  4. Intoxicated Individuals. Connecticut forbids serving of alcohol to any intoxicated individual. Clients are responsible for controlling its guests who become intoxicated. The tournament staff and all bartenders shall have the right to refuse or “cutoff” service of alcoholic beverages to any individual.
  5. Violation of the Liquor Laws of Connecticut. Violation of the liquor laws of Connecticut by the client or their guests shall be grounds to terminate Agreement without notice and without refund of any paid charges or fees.

To enhance the autograph experience for all spectators, while allowing players to properly prepare for competition, the PGA TOUR has established the following guidelines:

  • Autographs can only be obtained at the designated Autograph Zone at the Practice Facility.
  • On-course autographs are not permitted. This includes, but is not limited to, tees, fairways, greens, and practice areas during practice rounds and tournament rounds.

All persons and items are subject to search prior to being granted access to a tournament. Persons found to be in possession of prohibited items or bags that exceed the permitted size specifications will be asked to return those items to their vehicle before being allowed to board shuttles or enter the tournament grounds. The tournament will NOT be providing a bag check area, and prohibited bags or items of any kind cannot be left at security checkpoints. 

Make sure that you know what can and cannot be brought through the gates at this year’s tournament. Please review the lists below and leave any non-approved items in your car or at home. Prohibited bags or items of any kind cannot be left at security checkpoints. The tournament will not be providing a “bag check” area this year. All bags must conform to the PGA TOUR’s bag policy and will be searched upon entering. A Family Care Station, including a baby changing and lactation area, can be found at the Trinity Health Of New England tent in the Stanley Black & Decker Fan Zone.

If you begin to feel ill on-site, please return safely home or seek medical attention at the First Aid Tent.

Please be considerate at all times of the PGA TOUR players and other spectators. This includes not making any unnecessary noise and refraining from making any movement that would disrupt play on the golf course.

Weather in Connecticut can sometimes be unpredictable. Please take the necessary precautions to avoid being uncomfortable while watching the tournament. This includes wearing appropriate and comfortable clothing and footwear, bringing a visor or hat, carrying an umbrella and applying sunscreen.

Watch the leader boards for “Weather Warnings.” In the event of severe weather, Travelers Championship spectators will be kept informed of current conditions.

  • All children are required to be supervised and accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times while in a hospitality venue.

Medical Services are provided by Saint Francis Hospital. There will be five medical locations on site – one between 9 green and the clubhouse, 5/6, 12, the 17 green side of the Fan Zone and 16 green behind the Mohegan Sun venue.

If you plan to wear golf shoes to the tournament, please note that TPC River Highlands has a NO Metal Spike Policy.

The PGA TOUR is committed to fostering an inclusive environment where individuals of all backgrounds are treated with respect for the benefit of the health, safety, and welfare of all. Everyone on property is expected to contribute to a welcoming and safe environment by refraining from and reporting any unsafe, disruptive or harassing behavior. By coming onto the tournament grounds, you accept that you will be subject to expulsion and the loss of ticket and/or credential privileges for the following breaches of etiquette:

  1. Refusal to abide by any posted tournament policies including but not limited to:
    • PGA TOUR mask policy (developed in accordance with CDC guidelines)
    • State and/or local mask regulations
  2. Making rude, vulgar or other inappropriate comments or gestures or any words or actions that undermine the inclusive and welcoming nature of the game; Verbal or physical harassment of players, caddies, volunteers, officials, staff, guests and/or spectators; Distracting a player or any disruption of play; Throwing objects; Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, unsafe or illegal in nature; Failing to follow the instruction of a tournament official, staff, volunteer, or security personnel.
  3. Anyone consuming alcoholic beverages is expected to do so in a responsible manner. Impaired or overly intoxicated individuals will be removed from tournament grounds and are subject to further consequence involving local law enforcement.

The tournament reserves the right to deny entry or dismiss any individual displaying inappropriate behavior or violating the Code of Conduct. Guests in violation will be subject to expulsion without refund. Hospitality Package holders and/or their guests are subject to revocation of their hospitality ticket for the remainder of the tournament. All individuals hereby agree and are willing to adhere to the aforementioned provisions.

Despite measures to mitigate the transmission of COVID-19, total elimination of risk of exposure and infection to COVID-19 is not currently possible. Therefore, by attending this event, all attendees must assume the risk and liability for any exposure to COVID-19 and any related loss, liability, or injury incurred at this event at all times.

The PGA TOUR has the best fans in sports. By attending a PGA TOUR event – and as part of the PGA TOUR family – spectators are expected to behave appropriately by Respecting the Game, Enjoying Responsibly, and Playing by the Rules. The game of golf has historically been one of decorum, civility, and sportsmanship, and you as a spectator play an important role in helping to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all. When attending a PGA TOUR event, please Respect the Game by watching your distance and behavior toward the athletes, not interfering with the competition, and spectating in a safe and orderly manner.

PGA TOUR events are more than just an opportunity to witness the best golfers in the world perform. Our events offer unforgettable memories and activities for families and individuals of all ages. While on-site, please Enjoy Responsibly, and respect all competitors, staff, and fellow spectators. Those 21 and up who are enjoying alcoholic beverages are expected to do so in a safe and orderly manner.

PLAY BY THE RULES
Each year, more than 100,000 people volunteer their time in helping tournaments provide a safe and memorable experience for our fans. Please Play by the Rules by ensuring that your actions reflect the values found in the official Fan Code of Conduct (below) and that you treat these volunteers, the golf course, and the many staff and vendors with respect.

Please be alert. Golf balls, especially on Pro-Am days, may inadvertently be hit into spectator areas.

PGA TOUR tournaments will have enhanced sanitization protocols in place to ensure all areas are routinely cleaned and sanitized. Sanitization and handwashing are encouraged throughout your time on-site.

Due to recent events and heightened security across our nation, the PGA TOUR and the Travelers Championship have updated our Security Policy to include mandatory screening of all patrons, sponsors, volunteers, media and vendors attending or working the event.

Officials are asking everyone to participate in making the event safe and enjoyable by being aware of their surroundings during their visit to a PGA TOUR event.  Should a person see an activity that might be unusual or suspicious, they’re urged to notify a security personnel or Tournament Official working the event. Everyone is urged to keep a simple phrase in mind: “See something, say something.”

Since the safety and well-being of everyone is of the utmost importance, please adhere to standard tournament policies. Listed below is the outline of the policies and procedures that will be enforced at the Travelers Championship

Everyone attending the tournament is subject to search at the entrances and on the course at any time.

An exception will be made for fans needing to bring medical supplies into the tournament.  These medically necessary items will be permitted after proper inspection at one of the admissions gates.

Once the final putt drops, please exit the tournament venue safely and patiently.

All ticket purchasers received a confirmation email when they purchased their tickets. This email has a link to access their tickets. Click here for more information about Account Login.

If you purchased tickets on Account Manager your confirmation email is from noreply@ticketmaster.com. If you purchased tickets on Ticketmaster.com your confirmation email is from customer_support@email.ticketmaster.com. Please try searching for your confirmation email, these emails will help you easily access your tickets.

To view your ticket barcode log into Ticketmaster.com or Account Manager on your mobile device and sign in using the credentials you used to secure tickets.  Once logged in on your mobile device, navigate to your ticket and select it. We recommend adding the tickets to your mobile wallet.

Transferring tickets is simple. Once in your ticket account, navigate to Manage Tickets and select the transfer link, then select each ticket you wish to transfer. Once clicked, you will be prompted to enter a few pieces of information about the recipient to initiate the transfer.

All children are required to be supervised and accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times while in a hospitality venue.

Complimentary Kids Admission is valid for grounds access only for children 15 and under.

No registration required, the kids admission program will be facilitated on-site at the Tournament Entrances.

Ticketmaster is the Official Ticket Marketplace of the Travelers Championship. Any tickets purchased outside of the Travelers Championship tournament website (travelerschampionship.com) or Ticketmaster are not guaranteed to be valid.

Purchasing from unauthorized third-party sellers is discouraged as any duplicate or fraudulent tickets will be denied from admission. Please only accept tickets from people you know and trust.

Before the recipient has accepted the transfer, you can cancel the ticket transfer by going back to the day and finding the ticket you transferred. To complete the transfer cancel click ‘Cancel Transfer’ on the right side of the screen. However, once the transfer is accepted by the recipient you can no longer cancel the transfer. Once the tickets are transferred to your friend, family member or guest they are no longer yours.

If a guest confirms their ticket transfer and can no longer attend, they simply need to transfer them back to you following the same transfer process you completed initially. Once you receive their transfer confirmation, you can then accept the tickets and send them to a new guest.

Each barcode is an individual ticket for a single use. Each person entering the tournament will need a ticket to gain entry. If you have a ticket for a specific venue, the barcode will grant entry into the event grounds and the specific venue and will be tapped or scanned upon arrival at each location for a one-time use.

Parking is included with each ticket on a first-come, first-served basis. Direct your guests to show their ticket to the parking attendant.

View your tickets on your mobile device to see the ticket’s barcode. Add your ticket(s) to your mobile wallet for easy access.

No. Your barcode includes leading-edge technology with fraud and counterfeit protection, so you won’t be able to use screenshots or printouts. When you arrive at the tournament, use the Ticketmaster app or mobile website to locate your tickets. Your phone’s your ticket, which you’ll show to the ticket scanner, get your phone scanned – and you’re in!

If arriving separately, you can transfer a ticket to each member of your party. This will allow you and your guest(s) to arrive at your own convenience. Access the ticket account here, select the tickets you wish to transfer and enter the recipient’s first name, last name and email address. They will receive an email instructing them to accept their tickets. They will need to log into their existing account or create a new account to accept their tickets. Once your guest(s) have accepted the transfer, they will be able to add the tickets to their mobile wallet. If they are not able to add the ticket(s) to their mobile wallet, we strongly encourage you to save log-in information on a secure, personal browser.

If this is the first time your guest has accessed the ticket account with this email, they may need to click ‘Sign Up’.

If the individual forgot their password, please direct them to click ‘Forgot Password?’.

To accept a ticket transfer, the recipient will need to click the ‘Accept Transfer’ button in the email notification they receive. Once accepted, the person receiving the transfer will receive an email that contains a link to their tickets.

Yes, you can have multiple tickets on the same mobile device. It is highly encouraged that you transfer a ticket to each member of your party to allow for the easiest entry and access into the tournament.
