Shane Lowry is making his Travelers Championship debut, and is ranked 28th in the OWGR. He had his best major championship showing at this year’s U.S. Open, where he took the outright lead into the final round before finishing in a tie for second. The 29-year-old from Ireland won the 2009 Irish Open as an amateur, and added another European Tour victory at the 2012 Portugal Masters.
