The Travelers Championship attracts thousands of spectators each year to TPC River Highlands from throughout New England. Through the Fan Zone and on-site branding opportunities, sponsors can reach a qualified fan base to help grow their business.
Stanley Black & Decker Fan Zone
Located in the center of the course, between hole Nos. 1 and 18, the Stanley Black & Decker Fan Zone is the most highly visible area on course throughout the week. The Stanley Black & Decker Fan Zone features interactive activities, the Kids Zone with an upgraded mini golf course, fan seating areas, upgraded restrooms, video boards and multiple concession stands. In 2023, the Fan Zone was reimagined to feature a limited number of key interactive expo booths providing higher visibility and fan engagement for each Fan Zone partner.
The Travelers Championship continually strives to improve the fan experience both on-site and online. TravelersChampionship.com and the enhanced PGA TOUR App provide access to tournament content 24 hours a day. All tickets to the Travelers Championship are managed digitally, and the daily tournament pairings will also be digital, replacing the formerly distributed Pairings Guides. All fans and spectators will be directed to a landing page on the tournament’s website via QR codes to find the tee times for their favorite groups each day. Through this new branding operation, four sponsors will have the exclusive opportunity to be featured and recognized as the Daily Pairings sponsors.
The four Daily Pairings Sponsors will receive logo recognition on approximately 25 – 30 signs located throughout the golf course providing spectators with a QR code to view the daily pairings. On-course sign locations will include tournament gates, hospitality venue entrances, bleacher entrances and other key high traffic fan-facing areas.
Additionally, these four sponsors will be listed on the landing page of the tournament’s website hosting the daily pairings. Fans will be directed to this landing page from the on-site QR codes, the tournament website’s home page and through email blasts to our 40,000+ email database. This sponsorship option will provide an impactful opportunity to align your brand with the Travelers Championship and the PGA TOUR and will generate memorable impressions for your brand with tournament fans both on-course and online.
The Travelers Championship offers three video boards on course, one on the 18th Green and two in the Stanley Black & Decker Fan Zone.
All are located in prime locations to reach thousands of spectators throughout tournament week. Your brand image will accompany tournament information and broadcast footage in two positions at each video board location.
Each video board package includes a minimum of 75 minutes of exposure for your brand image during peak traffic hours throughout tournament week. You may also choose to purchase multiple packages to increase your brand exposure!
The Travelers Championship video towers are placed in a minimum of 3 high traffic areas on site, including a position on the main spectator walkway between the main entrance and the first tee. The video towers provide all spectators with up-to-the-minute information. Your promotional image would be viewed in a rotation on this compelling spectator amenity.
Each video tower package includes a full screen static image placement opportunity in a 5-second rotation of content and sponsor messages that generates a minimum of 150 minutes of exposure for your brand image during peak traffic hours throughout tournament week. You may also choose to purchase multiple packages to increase your brand exposure!
