The PGA TOUR recently announced that the 2020 Travelers Championship is currently scheduled as a TV-only event, broadcast by CBS and the Golf Channel, June 25–28. Conducting the tournament without crowds on-site is in the best interest of protecting everyone, including the Connecticut community at large.

A refund will be issued automatically for all purchases that were made through Ticketmaster. To check on the status of your refund, visit https://www.ticketmaster.com/h/returns.html or call (800-653-8000). Refunds are currently underway and should be processed within the next 30 days. Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser via their original method of purchase.

For Grounds Admission tickets or Holiday Package purchases made through Account Manager, a refund will be issued automatically and should be processed within the next 30 days.  If you purchased a ticket via Account Manager or by phone and want to check on the status of your refund please call (860) 502-6800 or email tickets@travelerschampionship.com.

For purchases made through third party resellers (i.e. StubHub, Seat Geek, Vivid Seats, etc.) please reach out to the agency where the ticket was purchased.
